Radiation Monitoring Sites of Japan Radiation Plumes Worldwide

The following is a list of radiation monitoring sites that are also projecting the path and intensity of the radiation plumes

coming from Japan because of the nuclear crisis there. It lists monitoring sites worldwide. These sites are continously being updated, so you may want to revisit them. The projections that are listed below at the various websites are as of March 27th. If you go to the websites now, they will have updated forecasting.

These different radioactive isotopes below from Japan reached the West Coast in moderate levels March 23rd.

Cesium 137 at ground level - Iodine 131 - Xenom 133 which is the most deadly.

Plumes of Cesium 137, Iodine 131, and Xenon 133, have reached the United States as of March 23, 2011.

Pay attention to the Xenom screen that is shown at higher elevations containing the plumes. This is coming down with the precipitation whether it be in rain or snow in the affected areas, some will dissolve, some WILL NOT ! Xenon has a half life of 29 years.

Higher plumes, reaching 5000 meters (15,000 feet) are forecast to reach Portugal, Spain, and central Europe.

The radiation flow, forecast and shown by these several models show where and how the isotopes coming towards the U.S. and other countires. It will be up to you to decide if you should go outside during the time these clouds are over the USA, Canada, and Europe. Remember, all it takes is one cesium 137 or xenon 133 isotope which is the most deadly to enter your body through breathing it in to cause cancer, usually leukemia.

Global Warming has been an issue of mine since 1997 when I wrote my first columns, alerting my readers to melting ice caps due to carbon dioxide levels increasing in the ice at the poles! In ten years, it has increased over 400%. This is what has been causing the ice caps to melt. All you have to do is view satellite images of the poles from ten years ago to last year, we have lost over 35% of the ice caps. We have lost major ice glaicers all over the world, providing drinking water and water for farming. In China, they are facing huge food shortages because (4) of their major ice glaciers providing water for farming in their main farming area have melted! If you have not read my columns over the years, I urge you to and support measures to end man made global warming. And to this day, we still have ignorant, stupid people out there that still say there is not such a thing as global warming. Good Lord, just look at the weather changes. Do you need to be hit over the ahead to wake up to the truth?
