Payments -- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Checks and Money Orders.  Your credit card will be charged at time of shipment. Personal checks will delay shipment of your order ten business days to allow for the check to clear your bank. Cashiers checks or money orders that are sent for payment of order, orders are shipped within (5) business days.

Check or Fax Orders -- Please submit our online order form after filling in the information requested. On this page is an option for a fax order form which you can print out and fill out the needed information and sign. Fax the order form to us at (305) 861-3366. If you are sending payment in the form of a check, please use the online order form and select payment by check. We will email you an order confirmation that you can mail with your check to us. We will email you shipping information upon shipment of your order.

When will my product be shipped?  --   Orders received prior to 1:00 pm CST will be processed and shipped within 5 business days (weekend and holidays excluded). 

All orders received via the secured online order form, via fax from the online fax form, or via our toll-free number listed online, will receive (2) email confirmations concerning their order. The first email will be an email confirming items ordered and shipping information. The second email will be notification that the order has been shipped. Credit cards are not charged until the order as actually been shipped. 

Shipping charge and method --  There is free shipping/handling on orders within the 48 continental states including Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virign Islands on select products on our autoshipment program and on our (12) pak products. Packages are shipped either U.S. Post Office priority with Mail Confirmation or UPS with groundtrack within the U.S. unless requested otherwise. Orders shipped within the U.S. usually are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. International customers including Canada must pay additional shipping costs.   Please refer to our shipping page for these shipping amounts. Shipments overseas and Canada are shipped U.S. Post Office registered air mail or Global Priority with arrival within 8 -12 business days from shipment. Do not count weekends or holidays. There are minium order requirements for shipments overseasof at least (3) bottles of any product.  We also offer UPS 2nd-day Air for an additional $24.00 under 10 pounds on most orders.  If you request 2nd Day Air and your order was placed before 1:00 pm CST, it will be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock. Orders received after 1:00 pm CST will be shipped the next business day.  UPS 2nd-day Air shipment request that is over 10 pounds will pay actual shipping cost plus handling fee.

International Shipping Policy -- International orders will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from you. There is a minium order of 3 bottles of any product for overseas shipments. Orders are shipped via UPS, or Federal Express, or United States Postal Service. You will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the shipping charges. If we do not receive your approval of these charges within four days (96 hours) your order will be cancelled. Shipping charges may include additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges and custom clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
