Please write, email, phone or fax the food companies listed below and demand that they stop using any type of hydrogenated oils in their foods, that until they stop, you will not purchase their products. A written letter with at least your full name and address is better, but emails are just as good as long as you list your complete full name and city.
To help save you time, I have found the various contact information, including Presidents, email addresses, mailing address, telephone numbers of the top twelve companies. For the other compaines, I urge you to go to those websites and find where to write the company or email them to stop the use of hydrogenated oils in their food productions. Below is an example of the letter that you can use, simply copy and paste into your email.
Dear Sir:
I am writing concerning your use of hydrogenated oils, whether they be "fully" or "partially" in your food products. I have read the latest medical reseach findings concerning how hydrogenated oils of any type are harmful to the body in many ways. I am therefore writing you that I will no longer be purchasing any of your products that contain any oils as described above. I will also be telling my friends concerning this and urge them not to purchase these products.
